class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich hei\u00dfe Wiktoria. Ich wurde in Polen geboren und bin mit zw\u00f6lf Jahren nach Deutschland gekommen.<br>Im Jahr 2021 wurde meine erste Tochter geboren &#8211; und mit ihr begann mein Weg in die Welt des Tragens.<br>Am Anfang wollte ich eigentlich gar nicht tragen. Ich dachte, das sei nicht n\u00f6tig, man k\u00f6nne ein Kind ja einfach auf dem Arm halten. Doch meine Tochter war ein sogenanntes \u201enicht ablegbares\u201c Baby, und ich merkte schnell, dass meine bisherigen Vorstellungen nicht ausreichten. Eine Freundin empfahl mir ein Tragetuch. Ich probierte es aus, aber die erste Erfahrung war schwierig und nicht besonders positiv.<br>Trotzdem gab ich nicht auf. Ich testete viele verschiedene L\u00f6sungen: ein Tragehilfsmittel, ein Ring Sling, ein weiteres Tragehilfsmittel, zwischendurch auch ein elastisches Tuch. Erst als mir eine andere Freundin ein anderes Tuch zum Ausprobieren gab, \u00e4nderte sich alles. Zum ersten Mal sp\u00fcrte ich, wie sehr gutes Tragen den Alltag erleichtern kann &#8211; k\u00f6rperlich und emotional. Dort begann meine echte Trage-Liebe.<br>Gerade weil mein eigener Trageweg nicht leicht war, wurde mir bewusst, wie wichtig gute Begleitung und fachliche Unterst\u00fctzung sind. Ich w\u00fcnschte mir damals jemanden, der mich versteht und mir wirklich hilft. Aus diesem Wunsch heraus entstand der Gedanke, selbst Eltern zu unterst\u00fctzen.<br>Im Jahr 2024 absolvierte ich meine Ausbildung zur Trageberaterin, 2025 folgte die Zertifizierung. Seitdem bilde ich mich kontinuierlich weiter und vertiefe mein Wissen, um Familien immer besser, achtsamer und individueller begleiten zu k\u00f6nnen.<br>Tragen ist f\u00fcr mich heute nicht nur eine Technik, sondern eine Haltung: zuh\u00f6ren, verstehen und gemeinsam Wege finden, die den Alltag leichter machen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hey, wollen wir uns kennenlernen?
